These Terms govern dominiumjewelry.com and purchases from Dominium Jewelry, operated by Dominium Group (FZE), United Arab Emirates, trade license 10084. Our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing.

Orders and payment

You must have legal capacity to purchase and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. An automated receipt acknowledges your order. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch your item. Bespoke orders are accepted when we confirm the agreed specification and receipt of the required payment. If we cannot accept an order because of availability, a pricing error, payment verification or legal restrictions, we explain why and refund the unaccepted order. We will not increase an accepted price or substitute a materially different item without consent.

Prices, taxes and duties

The payment currency, total payable and delivery charges are shown before payment or in your written quotation. Dominium Group (FZE) is not currently registered for UAE VAT and does not charge UAE VAT. International duties, destination taxes and customs-clearance charges may be payable separately unless expressly included. We explain this before purchase. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees.

Product information

Listings and quotations specify materials, metal purity, stone characteristics and included certification. Images may be enlarged and screen colors may vary. Approximate dimensions, weights and production tolerances are identified before purchase. These variations do not excuse a material departure from the agreed description. Natural or laboratory-grown stone origin is stated where applicable; grading reports are included where specified.

Bespoke commissions

An enquiry creates no payment obligation. Before work begins we agree the scope, price, payment schedule, completion estimate and cancellation conditions. Review design dimensions, size, stones, engraving and spelling carefully before approval. Where required, approval is obtained before the relevant production stage. Later changes may affect cost and timing, which we agree before carrying them out. Approval does not waive rights concerning defects or departures from the specification. You must have permission to reproduce protected artwork, crests or logos supplied to us. Ownership or licensing of commissioned design files is addressed in the bespoke agreement.

Delivery, returns and aftercare

The linked Shipping and Return and Refund Policies explain delivery, cancellations and returns. Any additional warranty or complimentary aftercare is described in writing. Optional repair, resizing and maintenance charges are agreed before work begins. Statutory rights apply independently of commercial warranties.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully and do not compromise its security, submit fraudulent information or misuse another person’s account. Website text, photographs, branding and original designs belong to us or their respective rights holders. Commercial reproduction requires permission except where permitted by law.

Responsibility and disputes

We remain responsible for fulfilling obligations under accepted orders and applicable law. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion would be unlawful. If events outside our reasonable control materially delay an order, we notify you and explain your options, including applicable cancellation and refund rights.

Applicable UAE law governs these Terms without removing mandatory protections in your country of residence. Send complaints to our contact details below. You may also approach the relevant consumer-protection authority or competent court without losing that right by contacting us.

Changes

Updated Terms apply to future transactions. The version agreed when your order was accepted continues to govern it unless we mutually agree otherwise or law requires a change.
