Yes. All Dominium orders are shipped with tracking and insurance until they reach the delivery address provided at checkout.

Dominium is primarily a bespoke and made-to-order brand. If you wish to view samples or discuss a commissioned piece in person in Dubai, please contact us and we’ll arrange a private appointment where possible.

2. Ordering & Bespoke Process
How do I place an order?
You can either:

Order directly through our online shop for ready-to-order designs, or

Request a bespoke piece by filling out our custom request form or messaging us on WhatsApp/Instagram.
Once we’ve confirmed the design, materials, and size, we’ll share the final quotation and payment link.
Can you create a custom piece from my idea or reference image?
Yes. Dominium specializes in personal, symbolic jewelry. Share your inspiration (sketches, references, or a story you want to immortalize), and we’ll translate it into a refined Dominium design, complete with 3D renders or sketches before production.
How long does it take to make a piece?
Production time depends on the complexity of your design:

Detailed bespoke or stone-heavy pieces: 4–6 weeks
If you have a specific date (proposal, wedding, anniversary), let us know and we’ll advise what’s realistic.
Do you accept urgent or rush orders?
Where production capacity allows, we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent timelines. Rush production may involve additional fees. Please contact us first before placing an urgent order.
Will I see the design before you produce it?
For bespoke pieces, yes. We’ll share a design proposal (sketches and/or CAD renders) for your approval before we proceed to crafting.
3. Payment, Duties & Taxes
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer payment plans?
For higher-value pieces, we can arrange split payments (for example 50% to begin production, 50% before shipping). For bespoke projects, a non-refundable deposit is typically required to start design and production.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders within the UAE, prices will include the applicable VAT where required. For international orders, local customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the client and may be charged by your country’s customs office upon delivery.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for approximate charges before ordering.
4. Shipping & Collection
Where do you ship?
We ship from Dubai to the UAE and selected international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we’ll confirm whether shipping is possible and provide a custom quote.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and vary by destination. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Can I collect my order in person?
For clients in Dubai, in-person collection may be arranged on a case-by-case basis for confirmed orders. If you prefer to collect, reach out to us before checkout so we can advise.
How is my jewelry packaged?
Each Dominium piece is presented in branded packaging designed for safekeeping and gifting — perfect for proposals, milestones, and meaningful moments.
5. Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations & Warranty
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Because Dominium pieces are made-to-order and often personalized, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship or you receive a faulty item, please contact us within a specified time frame (e.g. 7 days of receipt) and we will review the case.
Can I cancel my order?
Once a piece has entered production, cancellations may not be possible, especially for bespoke and personalized items. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll let you know what’s feasible based on the stage of production.
What warranty do you offer?
Dominium provides a warranty covering manufacturing defects for a defined period from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
If you experience any issue with your piece, contact us with photos and your order details so we can assess and recommend next steps.
Do you offer repairs or resizing?
Yes. We can assist with professional repairs and resizing for Dominium pieces. Some services may be complimentary within the warranty period; others may incur a fee. Send us a description and photos so we can provide an estimate.
6. Diamonds, Gemstones & Ethics
Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
We work only with reputable suppliers who comply with international ethical sourcing standards. Our natural diamonds are sourced from partners who adhere to recognized conflict-free guidelines, and we prioritize transparency in our supply chain.
Do you offer lab-grown diamonds?
If you prefer lab-grown diamonds for ethical or budget reasons, we can source high-quality lab-grown stones on request and design your piece around them.
Are your stones certified?
For center stones above a certain size or value, we can supply diamonds accompanied by grading reports from reputable laboratories (such as GIA/IGI, depending on availability and your preference). Details will be outlined in your quotation.
Can I choose my own stone?
Yes. For bespoke projects, we can present a curated selection of stones that match your preferences (shape, color, clarity, budget) and guide you on which option offers the best balance of beauty and value.
7. Personalisation, Sizing & Care
Can I personalize or engrave my jewelry?
Absolutely. Engraving initials, dates, names, or short phrases is one of the ways we turn each Dominium piece into a personal archive. Depending on the design, engraving may be done inside a ring band, on the back of a pendant, or on a plaque.
How do I find my ring size?
