These terms apply to bespoke, personalised, engraved, resized and specially sourced orders placed with Dominium Jewelry, operated by Dominium Group (FZE), UAE, trade licence 10084. They supplement our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Consultation and quotation

A bespoke enquiry does not create an obligation to purchase. Before work begins, we confirm the agreed scope, materials, stone specifications where relevant, price, payment schedule, estimated production time and any order-specific cancellation conditions. If you request a material change to the specification, we will confirm any change in price or timing before proceeding.

Deposits and payment

Any deposit, design fee or staged payment will be stated in your quotation or invoice. Once we have begun agreed design work, reserved or purchased a stone, acquired materials or commenced manufacturing, cancellation may involve reasonable charges for work performed or non-recoverable costs, but a deposit is not automatically forfeited merely because cancellation is requested. The order-specific terms agreed before payment will govern.

Design approval

Where applicable, we provide sketches, renders, CAD, stone options or other design information for approval. Please check spelling, initials, dates, symbols, dimensions, ring size, stone selection and other personalised details carefully. Changes requested after approval may affect price and production time. Approval does not waive rights if the finished piece is defective or materially departs from the agreed specification.

Craft and tolerances

Fine jewellery is made and finished by hand using a combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern manufacturing. Minor variations in dimensions, weight, engraving depth, finishing and stone placement can occur within reasonable jewellery-making tolerances. Such variations do not excuse a material departure from what was agreed.

Gemstones and diamonds

Natural gemstones can vary in colour, tone, inclusions and appearance. Photography, lighting and screen settings may not reproduce colour exactly. Natural and laboratory-grown stones are identified where relevant, and grading reports or certificates are included when specified in the product description, quotation or invoice. We will not intentionally substitute a materially different stone without your approval.

Specially sourced stones

A diamond or gemstone sourced specifically for you may be subject to supplier reservation, payment and return conditions. We will communicate any material non-refundable commitment before you approve it.

Ring size and alterations

You are responsible for providing an accurate ring size unless Dominium measures you directly. Resizing after production may be possible depending on the design and may incur an additional charge. Full-eternity, enamelled, deeply engraved, stone-set and technically complex designs may have limited resizing options.

Client-supplied artwork and references

Reference images may be used to communicate an aesthetic direction. We do not undertake to reproduce another designer's protected work exactly. You confirm that you have permission to provide any photograph, crest, logo, artwork or other material you ask us to reproduce or incorporate.

Timing

Production estimates begin after the required payment, design approvals and necessary materials are confirmed. Delays in approvals, stone selection or payment may move the completion date. If your piece is required for a fixed occasion, tell us before ordering. A date is guaranteed only where expressly confirmed in writing.

Cancellations and returns

Bespoke and personalised pieces are generally not eligible for change-of-mind return once produced to your individual specification. This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Aftercare

Care, repair and warranty information is set out in our Warranty, Care & Repairs page. Optional resizing, restoration or maintenance charges are agreed before work begins.
